The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.

Abstract: This project presents an AI-powered healthcare diagnostic system designed to enable early disease prediction and enhance patient-centric medical decision support. The system integrates machine learning, explainable AI, and generative AI techniques to analyze both structured clinical data and unstructured medical reports. A vision- based module is used to extract key medical parameters from reports, which are then processed and analyzed using an XGBoost-based predictive model to detect diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, and lung cancer. To improve transparency and trust, the system incorporates SHAP (SHapley Additive Explanations) to identify and explain the most influential factors affecting predictions. Additionally, a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based AI assistant provides contextual explanations and personalized health guidance to users. The system delivers real-time predictions, explanations, and recommendations through an interactive interface, making healthcare insights more accessible and understandable. The proposed solution improves diagnostic accuracy, reduces dependency on manual interpretation, and enhances healthcare accessibility. It provides a scalable, intelligent, and user-friendly platform for early disease detection and informed decision-making in modern healthcare systems.
