Abstract: The AI Healthcare Chatbot System is an intelligent application designed to provide preliminary medical assistance and disease prediction based on user-input symptoms. The system integrates artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to analyze health-related data and generate accurate and timely responses. Users can interact with the chatbot through a user-friendly interface by entering symptoms and health concerns, which are processed using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and feature extraction methods such as TF-IDF. A Random Forest algorithm is employed to predict possible diseases and provide confidence levels along with basic medical guidance. The system follows a microservices architecture, where an ASP.NET Core backend communicates with a Python-based machine learning service, ensuring scalability and efficient processing. Additionally, the system uses a structured database to store user data, chat history, and prediction results for future reference. Role-based access is implemented to support patients, doctors, and administrators, enabling better healthcare management. The proposed system aims to enhance accessibility to healthcare services, support early disease detection, and reduce the burden on medical professionals by providing quick and data-driven preliminary diagnosis. Overall, the AI Healthcare Chatbot contributes to improved healthcare delivery through intelligent automation and user-centric design.
