Abstract: TITLE: AI-GUIDED CBCT-BASED ENDODONTIC FILE SELECTION AND INSTRUMENTATION PLANNING SYSTEM APPLICANT: 1. MEENAKSHI ACADEMY OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH 2. MEENAKSHI AMMAL DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL ABSTRACT The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence-guided clinical decision support system for endodontic instrumentation based on cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) analysis. The system comprises a CBCT imaging device configured to acquire three-dimensional dental image data, a processing unit having graphics processing hardware and central processing hardware configured to execute artificial intelligence algorithms for extracting root canal anatomical parameters including canal curvature angle, canal diameter, canal length, number of canals, and canal morphology, a risk evaluation circuit configured to generate predictive procedural risk signals, a recommendation generator hardware configured to generate case-specific endodontic instrumentation strategies including file system, file size, and instrumentation sequence, a machine learning storage unit configured to store CBCT-based clinical data and refine recommendations, and a clinician interface device configured to present real-time chairside guidance. The system enables anatomy-specific, risk-aware endodontic instrumentation planning for root canal treatment based on CBCT image analysis.
