Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an automated medical intervention system (100) comprising a wearable jacket (102) designed for emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The jacket features dynamically adjustable smart straps (104, 106) with shape-memory alloy elements for secure positioning, piezoelectric pressure sensors (108) for monitoring compression force and tissue response, and electro-hydraulic actuators (110) with adaptive diaphragm modules (112) delivering multi- stage compressions optimized through real-time physiological feedback. A microfluidic network with self-healing polymer channels ensures system integrity, while a multi-modal alert system (124) provides audio, visual, and haptic notifications. Integrated artificial intelligence (122) continuously refines CPR parameters, leveraging real-time data and advanced sensors.
