Abstract: Title: Al-ENHANCED NON-INVASIVE DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM FOR EARLY GASTRIC ULCER DETECTION USING SALIVARY pH MONITORING 5 The titled invention discloses an Al-enhanced non-invasive diagnostic system for early gastric ulcer detection using salivary pH monitoring. The system comprises a pH sensor (1), a microfluidic pump (2), a microcontroller unit (3), an Al processing unit (4), a motor driver (5), a display unit (6), a relay unit (7), a wireless communication unit (8), 10 and a power supply unit (9). The pH sensor (1) measures the salivary pH, while the microfluidic pump (2) transports the saliva sample for analysis. The acquired physiological data are processed by the microcontroller unit (3) and analyzed by the Al processing unit (4) to predict gastric ulcer risk levels. The diagnostic results are displayed in real time, while the wireless communication unit (8) enables remote 15 healthcare monitoring and long-term data management. The invention provides a portable, intelligent, non-invasive, and cost-effective solution for early gastric ulcer detection, continuous health monitoring, and timely clinical intervention. Figure-1
