Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-ENABLED WEB-BASED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PREDICTIVE MODELLING OF NANOFIBER MORPHOLOGY DURING MATERIAL SYNTHESIS The present invention relates to a system (100) and a method (200) for technically determining morphological characteristics of a material during a material synthesis process. The system (100) comprises a user device (102) having a device processor (104) configured to receive, through a web-based interface, material-specific synthesis input data, and a backend server (106) having a server processor (108) communicatively coupled to the user device (102). The server processor (108) performs material-dependent scaling, normalization, and feature selection, and computationally evaluates outputs of a plurality of machine learning models trained on experimentally validated synthesis datasets. Based on predefined technical performance metrics, a highest-performing model or an ensemble output is automatically selected to generate synthesis-actionable output data. The method (200) includes receiving (202), processing (204–212), generating (214), and updating (216) steps to enable (218) a closed-loop, bidirectional determination between synthesis parameters and material morphology, thereby reducing physical trial- and-error during material fabrication. FIG. 1 will be the reference figure.
