Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-Enabled UAV System for Disease Detection and Targeted Pesticide Spraying The present invention relates to an AI-enabled unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system for detecting crop diseases and performing targeted pesticide spraying. The system comprises a UAV (100) carrying an imaging camera (102), pesticide tank (103), pesticide pump (104), spray nozzle (105), flight controller (107), power supply unit (108), RC receiver/telemetry module (109), and an onboard processing unit (110) executing a trained Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The camera (102) captures crop images and the processing unit (110) preprocesses and classifies the images to identify diseased crop regions (106). Upon detection of disease, the processing unit (110) generates an actuation signal to a relay driver (111), which activates a relay module (112) to energize the pesticide pump (104). Pesticide is thereby delivered from the tank (103) through the nozzle (105) to the detected diseased region. The system enables integrated aerial disease detection and selective pesticide application while reducing unnecessary spraying. Figure-1
