Abstract: AI-Enabled Portable Dermatoscope Device for Dermatological Image Analysis and Skin Condition Assessment The present invention relates to a portable dermatoscope device for quantitative dermatological image analysis and monitoring of skin conditions. The device comprises a dermatoscope device assembly (100) including a device housing body (101) accommodating a front imaging module (102) having a dermatoscope camera unit (103), an optical lens assembly (104), and an illumination ring assembly (105) configured to capture magnified dermatological images of a skin region while maintaining a predetermined imaging distance through a skin contact interface (107). The device further includes a processing unit (505) operatively connected with an image acquisition module (201) and an image pre- processing module (202) including a region of interest selection module (204) and a scale calibration engine (203). A dermatological parameter extraction engine (301) comprising acne analysis (302), pigmentation analysis (303), and wrinkle analysis modules (304) computes dermatological parameters. The processing unit (505) further executes a dermatological severity classification engine (305), remedy suggestion module (401), and progress tracking module (402) with improvement visualization engine (403).
