Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-Enabled Multiplex Network-Based Blood Distribution Optimization System and Method for Intelligent Healthcare Logistics Management The present invention relates to an AI-enabled multiplex network-based blood distribution optimization system and method for intelligent healthcare logistics management. The system comprises a data acquisition and integration layer configured to collect real-time inventory, demand, transportation, environmental, and operational data from healthcare facilities, blood banks, and monitoring systems. A multiplex network modeling unit generates a graph-based representation comprising healthcare facility nodes, transportation pathways, and multiple blood- group layers for intelligent blood distribution management. A two-tier adaptive optimization engine performs blood allocation, inventory balancing, transportation routing, and emergency response optimization based on operational conditions. A learning and predictive analytics unit forecasts blood demand, predicts shortages, and supports proactive redistribution planning. A communication and execution module facilitates implementation of optimized redistribution plans, while an IoT monitoring framework continuously monitors transportation conditions, delivery progress, and cold- chain integrity. A cloud database framework maintains centralized operational records and supports real-time data synchronization. The invention improves blood availability, reduces wastage, enhances transportation efficiency, and strengthens emergency healthcare logistics coordination through adaptive and intelligent blood distribution management.
