Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-Enabled Multimodal Electronic Tongue System for Herbal Dravya Authentication and Quality Assessment The present invention provides an AI- enabled multimodal Electronic Tongue (E-Tongue) system for identification, authentication and quality assessment of herbal Dravya. The system comprises a sensor module (10) having pH (11), TDS (12), turbidity (13), conductivity (14), temperature/humidity (15), MOS (16) and viscosity (17) sensors together with a UV-Visible spectroscopy module (18). Signals are conditioned and multiplexed through unit (19) and acquired by an ESP32 microcontroller (20). An AI/machine-learning module (51–53) preprocesses multimodal data and generates Dravya identification, authenticity/adulteration status and confidence score. Wi-Fi (23) enables communication with an AWS IoT Core/cloud server (31) and MySQL database (32). A Flask-based application (41) provides result presentation. An active-learning feedback loop (60) uses verified samples (61) for periodic model retraining/update (62), thereby improving classification capability with additional verified data. Figure-1
