Abstract: The present invention relates to an Al-enabled multimodal driver health monitoring and intelligent vehicle safety system for improving road safety through continuous driver monitoring and automated emergency response. The system integrates driver fingerprint authentication, alcohol detection, infrared eye monitoring, physiological sensors, Al-based data analysis, vehicle safety control, GPS, and wireless communication. The collected data is processed using multimodal sensor fusion to identify drowsiness, distraction, impairment, abnormal health conditions, and possible medical emergencies. When a critical condition is detected, the system provides alerts, activates appropriate vehicle safety measures, and automatically sends the driver's identity, location, and emergency status to a predefined guardian or emergency service. The system provides a compact and intelligent solution for preventing accidents and assisting drivers during sudden health or safety emergencies.
