MUMBAI, India, July 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541040557 A) filed by Doozy Robotics Pvt Ltd on April 26, 2025, for Ai-Enabled Modular Autonomous Mobile Robot For Dynamic Load Balancing And Pallet Lifting In Narrow Aisles.
Inventor includes Suresh Chandrasekar.
The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.
Abstract: A modular Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) (100) is provided. The AMR features a differential drive system and a retractable forklift mechanism for autonomous pallet retrieval, transport, and placement without reliance on permanent infrastructure. The AMR includes a telescopic fork (110A) assembly that extends beyond a chassis (104) to lift pallets and retracts to secure the load onto an integrated carrier platform (112). The differential drive enables true zero-radius turning, facilitating operation in narrow aisles of 2.3 meters or less. The modular design incorporates a standardized docking interface, allowing seamless attachment swaps, including forklift, tugger, and conveyor modules, supporting multi-functional deployment across logistics and manufacturing environments.
