Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-Enabled IoT Weighing System with Real-Time Tamper Detection and Secure Telemetry The present invention relates to an AI-enabled IoT weighing system (100) configured to secure an electronic weighing instrument against physical, environmental and electronic tampering. The system comprises a weighing platform (101), load cell (102), signal conditioning and ADC unit (103), IR sensor (104a), LDR sensor (104b), MPU6050 motion sensor (104c), ESP32 microcontroller (105), primary controller (106), GSM module (107), local display and buzzer (109), inhibit/relay driver (110), weighing-mechanism inhibit unit (111) and secure log memory (112). The ESP32 microcontroller (105) continuously analyses weight and sensor data using threshold analysis and AI-assisted anomaly detection and verifies firmware integrity using SHA-256 against a stored Golden Hash. Upon detecting confirmed tampering, the system records the event, generates a local alert, transmits a remote notification through the GSM module (107), and automatically disables the weighing function through the inhibit/relay driver (110) and inhibit unit (111), thereby improving weighing integrity, traceability and prevention of fraudulent operation.
