Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-enabled IoT-based predictive healthcare monitoring and early risk detection system for continuous acquisition, analysis and prediction of physiological health conditions. The system comprises a plurality of physiological and activity sensors configured to acquire parameters including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, body temperature, respiratory rate, ECG, blood glucose and activity-related parameters. An IoT-enabled edge device receives and preprocesses the sensor data and communicates the processed data to a healthcare processing platform. An artificial intelligence engine performs signal preprocessing, feature extraction, temporal trend analysis, multimodal data fusion and anomaly detection. A personalized predictive risk assessment module compares current physiological measurements with historical measurements and a subject-specific baseline to generate a dynamic health-risk score. The system identifies abnormal physiological trends and predicts potential health risks before progression to a severe condition. A severity-based alert module generates notifications to the subject, caregiver or authorized healthcare professional according to the predicted risk level. The invention enables continuous remote healthcare monitoring, personalized risk assessment, early anomaly detection and intelligent healthcare decision support.
