Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-Enabled Intelligent Disaster Management and Emergency Response Coordination System for real-time disaster prediction, monitoring, and emergency response management. The system integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), cloud computing, and communication technologies to enhance disaster preparedness and response capabilities. Environmental and disaster-related data are collected from IoT sensors, weather stations, satellites, drones, CCTV cameras, and emergency communication systems. The collected data undergo preprocessing operations including cleaning, normalization, feature extraction, and multi-source data fusion. Machine learning algorithms including Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), XGBoost, Deep Neural Networks (DNN), and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks are employed to predict disaster occurrence, severity, and risk zones. Based on prediction results, the system intelligently allocates emergency resources, coordinates rescue teams, manages shelters, and optimizes evacuation routes. GIS- based visualization provides real-time situational awareness through risk maps and incident tracking. The communication module generates emergency alerts through SMS, mobile notifications, email messages, and public warning systems. The framework supports cloud-based deployment for scalable and real-time disaster management operations. The proposed invention significantly improves disaster preparedness, reduces response time, minimizes human and economic losses, and enhances public safety. The system is applicable to government agencies, disaster management authorities, healthcare organizations, and smart city infrastructures for efficient and intelligent disaster response coordination.
