Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-enabled integrated engineering system for storage, transportation and delivery of green hydrogen using metal- organic frameworks (MOFs) and liquid organic hydrogen carriers (LOHCs). The system comprises MOF-based hydrogen storage units, distributed sensors, an AI-based predictive module, a supervisory control system, an LOHC hydrogenation subsystem, transportation subsystem, dehydrogenation subsystem and hydrogen purification subsystem. Real-time sensor data and historical operating data are processed to predict hydrogen adsorption, desorption, storage capacity, saturation and process conditions. A hybrid machine-learning architecture enables predictive control and optimization of hydrogen transfer, LOHC hydrogenation, transportation and dehydrogenation. The system further provides IoT monitoring, digital-twin-based control, safety monitoring and adaptive closed-loop optimization for efficient and scalable hydrogen management.
