Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-enabled digital support system for providing context-aware mental health resources and assisted care routing. The system comprises a user interaction interface, secure data acquisition module, contextual analysis engine, emotional state classification module, risk assessment module, resource recommendation engine, care routing module, consent and privacy management module, and follow-up monitoring module. The system receives user inputs including text, voice, mood ratings, questionnaire responses, and resource feedback, and processes such inputs to identify emotional support needs and urgency indicators. A dynamic risk level is generated and mapped to suitable resources such as guided exercises, psychoeducation, counselling options, helplines, or emergency assistance. The system further enables consent-based data sharing, encryption, role-based access control, anonymised analytics, and adaptive follow-up. The invention provides a privacy-preserving, escalation-aware, and personalised digital architecture for delivering mental health support without relying on generic resource delivery alone.
