Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-enabled adaptive electromyographic (EMG) biosignal acquisition and stabilization system for biohybrid prosthetic interfaces. The invention discloses an intelligent biosignal processing architecture configured to acquire, condition, stabilize, and interpret electromyographic signals under dynamic physiological and environmental conditions including sweat, humidity, motion artifacts, skin impedance fluctuation, and electrode displacement. The system comprises an EMG sensing unit, adaptive signal conditioning module, artificial intelligence-based processing engine, environmental compensation architecture, and prosthetic control interface configured for real-time adaptive prosthetic operation. The invention further incorporates intelligent recalibration, impedance-aware filtering, predictive biosignal normalisation, and adaptive environmental compensation mechanisms to improve signal reliability, prosthetic responsiveness, and long-term usability. In certain embodiments, biohybrid conductive interfacing materials and adaptive electrode architectures are integrated to enhance skin-electrode interaction and signal consistency during prolonged wearable operation. The disclosed invention enables robust, low-latency, and personalised human-machine interfacing for advanced biohybrid prosthetic systems and related biomedical applications.
