Abstract: 0037] The present invention provides an AI-driven predictive maintenance system for mechanical equipment using multi-sensor data fusion. The system acquires heterogeneous condition-monitoring information including vibration, temperature, acoustic, pressure, speed, torque, and electrical parameters. A synchronization and preprocessing module aligns, filters, normalizes, and evaluates the quality of sensor signals. An adaptive fusion engine combines the processed information to generate a unified equipment-health representation. An artificial intelligence module analyzes the fused representation to detect anomalies, classify potential faults, determine health status, and evaluate degradation trends. A prognostic module estimates remaining useful life and future equipment condition. A maintenance decision module generates prioritized maintenance recommendations according to predicted risk, equipment criticality, and confidence. Feedback from subsequent operation and maintenance outcomes is used to refine sensor contributions and predictive parameters, enabling continuous adaptive maintenance management.
