Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-driven predictive maintenance system for industrial machinery configured to continuously monitor equipment condition, predict machinery failures, and optimize maintenance operations. The system comprises a plurality of industrial sensing devices, an edge computing subsystem, communication infrastructure, cloud-based analytics platform, artificial intelligence engine, maintenance management subsystem, and user interface subsystem. Operational information including vibration, temperature, pressure, acoustic emissions, electrical characteristics, lubrication conditions, and equipment performance data is continuously acquired and analyzed using machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics models. The artificial intelligence engine identifies degradation trends, detects abnormal operating conditions, estimates remaining useful life of machine components, predicts future failures, and generates maintenance recommendations. The system further supports fault diagnosis, digital twin simulation, maintenance automation, remote monitoring, and enterprise integration. The invention reduces unplanned downtime, minimizes maintenance costs, improves asset reliability, enhances operational efficiency, extends equipment lifespan, and enables proactive maintenance management across industrial environments.
