Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of a predictive model that uses AI technology to assess the response of individuals to COVID-19 vaccination as well as to monitor post-vaccination health risks by integrating information about clinical, demographic, immune and physiological parameters. The prediction framework utilizes machine learning methods to analyze the following information and make the predictions on antibody reaction, likelihood of developing adverse events and results of vaccination in general: Electronic Health Records, laboratory markers, vaccination record, profile of diseases, wearables and genomic or biomarker information. A multi-tiered predictive engine will be able to do feature extraction, risk stratification and health assessment, while constantly improving its predictions based on real-time health monitoring data. The system will be providing individualized post- vaccination treatment recommendations, follow-up schedule and even medical intervention, if necessary, due to elevated risk levels.
