Abstract: The present invention relates to a predictive management framework for kinetic energy harvesting infrastructure using a synchronized Digital Twin and artificial intelligence. Operational information, including pedestrian movement, electrical energy generation, tile utilization, and equipment status, is acquired from sensing devices integrated with kinetic floor tiles. Historical and live data are analyzed to estimate future pedestrian movement and corresponding energy-generation capability across predefined zones. The Digital Twin mirrors the physical infrastructure and evaluates alternative tile-placement configurations under predicted operating conditions. Based on predicted outcomes and measured performance, an optimization engine generates recommendations for tile placement, redistribution, inspection, and maintenance. A feedback mechanism updates prediction models using observed operational results, enabling continuous refinement of deployment strategies and improving energy-harvesting efficiency throughout the operational lifecycle of the infrastructure.
