Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-DRIVEN MULTIMODAL SYSTEM FOR EARLY DETECTION OF PHYSICIAN BURNOUT FROM HANDWRITTEN PRESCRIPTIONS The present invention discloses an AI-driven multimodal system (100) for early detection of physician burnout from handwritten clinical prescriptions. The system (100) receives a prescription image through an acquisition module (110) and processes it through three parallel pathways: a visual feature extraction module (120) employing a fine-tuned EfficientNet-B3 generating visual embeddings, an OCR and NLP processing module (130) computing linguistic features, and a psychomotor heuristics extraction module (140) computing handcrafted image features. A fusion module (150) combines and reduces features to 128 optimal dimensions. A semi-supervised learning module (160) employing Consensus Tri-Training expands limited labeled data. A classification module (170) outputs Low, Medium, or High burnout risk with confidence scores. An explainability module (180) provides interpretable predictions, and a deployment module (190) enables real-time hospital monitoring. [
