Abstract: ABSTRACT: AI-Driven Multi-Altitude Atmospheric Monitoring and Predictive Pollutant Intelligence System This invention describes an AI-driven, IoT-enabled, GPS-integrated atmospheric monitoring and predictive intelligence system configured for detection, interception, reconstruction, and forecasting of stratified pollutant plumes under dynamic atmospheric conditions. The system acquires multi-altitude pollutant and meteorological data through distributed sensing platforms and processes the same to identify concealed pollutant layers formed during low-mixing events such as temperature inversion and stagnation. An adaptive control mechanism dynamically optimizes sensing strategies to enhance plume characterization. The system further employs a hybrid dispersion modeling framework with continuous data assimilation for real-time correction and prediction of pollutant transport. A source reconstruction module determines emission origin and classification, while a predictive engine generates exposure corridor forecasts and geospatial risk maps. The disclosed system enables accurate environmental surveillance, proactive risk mitigation, and informed decision-making for air quality management, industrial compliance, and public health protection.
