Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-driven molecular design system for smart nanocarriers configured to enhance drug stability, bioavailability, controlled release, and targeted therapeutic delivery. The system receives molecular characteristics of a therapeutic compound and nanocarrier-related parameters and processes the information using an artificial intelligence-based prediction engine. Molecular descriptors including molecular structure, molecular weight, solubility, polarity, lipophilicity, functional groups, and other physicochemical properties are extracted and analyzed together with nanocarrier composition, particle size, surface characteristics, drug-loading parameters, targeting characteristics, and release properties. The system predicts drug–nanocarrier compatibility, encapsulation efficiency, drug-loading capacity, stability, bioavailability, release behavior, targeting efficiency, and other performance characteristics. A molecular design module generates candidate nanocarrier configurations, while a multi-objective optimization module identifies an optimized configuration according to predetermined therapeutic objectives. The smart nanocarrier may incorporate targeting ligands and controlled or stimuli-responsive release mechanisms. Experimental formulation and biological evaluation data are subsequently fed back into the artificial intelligence system for model refinement and iterative optimization. The invention thereby provides a computationally assisted and adaptive platform for reducing formulation trial-and-error and facilitating the development of stable, bioavailable, controlled-release, and target-specific drug delivery systems.
