Abstract: An AI-driven medical data vault and conversational health intelligence system (100) and method (200) with timeline-based patient modelling is disclosed. The system (100) includes a medical data vault (102), a timeline engine (104), an artificial intelligence chatbot interface (106), a symptom and side-effect analysis engine (108), a risk scoring module (110), and a decentralized data sharing module (112). The medical data vault (102) is configured to store user-provided healthcare information including symptoms, medications, medical history, doctor consultations, reports, allergies, and side effects in a structured format. The timeline engine (104) is configured to organize said healthcare information into a chronological sequence representing a patient’s medical history. The artificial intelligence chatbot interface (106) is configured to receive natural language inputs and generate context-aware healthcare-related responses.
