The system integrates artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT) interfaces, cloud computing, and multi-channel communication technologies to collect, process, and analyse sanitation-related information from diverse sources including mobile applications, field surveys, IoT devices, social media platforms, and governmental databases. Based on behavioural profiling and predictive analytics, the system automatically generates personalized awareness content in multiple regional languages and disseminates the content through digital and conventional communication channels. A continuous feedback mechanism enables dynamic refinement of communication strategies using machine learning models. Administrative dashboards provide real-time monitoring, campaign assessment, predictive sanitation analytics, and evidence-based decision support for government authorities, municipal agencies, and community organizations to facilitate sustained behavioural transformation and improved sanitation management.
