Abstract: An AI-driven machine learning and Internet of Things (IoT) platform for early warning of El Niño events and global warming impact assessment is disclosed. The platform integrates distributed IoT environmental sensors, satellite observations, meteorological stations, oceanographic monitoring systems, and historical climate databases to acquire heterogeneous environmental data. A preprocessing engine performs data validation, synchronization, anomaly detection, adaptive calibration, and multi-source data fusion to generate standardized climate datasets. Artificial intelligence and machine learning models identify complex spatiotemporal climate patterns and predict the occurrence, intensity, and progression of El Niño events. An adaptive learning engine continuously updates prediction models using newly acquired observations, while an explainable artificial intelligence module provides interpretable prediction outcomes and confidence scores. A global warming impact assessment module generates regional climate risk indices, impact analyses, and mitigation recommendations. An intelligent decision support engine disseminates automated early warnings and actionable climate intelligence to governmental agencies, disaster management authorities, research institutions, industries, and end users through cloud-based communication platforms.
