Abstract: AI DRIVEN HYBRID SOLAR TRACKING AND SOILING OPTIMIZATION SYSTEM The present invention discloses a hybrid solar tracking and soiling optimization system for photovoltaic panels which includes integrating AI tracking, solar tracking, real time soiling detection and adaptive cleaning mechanism to enhance energy efficiency. The disclosed system includes a dual-mode tracking mechanism which combines an astronomical tracking module for sun alignment and a sensor-based module with optical/thermal sensors for dynamic angle adjustments. A soiling detection module continuously monitors dust accumulation and corelates it with predefined efficiency loss thresholds. An AI control unit processes sensor data, environmental inputs, and historical performance to optimize panel orientation and trigger cleaning operations via electrostatic repulsion, vibration-based actuators, or compressed air jets. Machine learning models, including reinforcement learning and convolutional neural networks, refine tracking angles and cleaning schedules, while predictive analytics reduce water consumption by 80% and maintenance costs by 50%. to be published as
