Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-DRIVEN FRAMEWORK FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL MICRO-SEGMENTATION USING RANDOM FOREST CLASSIFICATION The present invention discloses an AI-driven framework (100) for automated micro-segmentation of Health Care Professionals using a Random Forest classification model. The framework comprises a data ingestion module (110) for collecting HCP profile data encompassing demographic, professional, behavioural, and regional features, a data preprocessing engine (120) performing one-hot encoding and IQR-based outlier treatment, a feature engineering module (130) for expanding the feature space, a Random Forest classification engine (140) employing bootstrap sampling and majority voting across an ensemble of decision trees, a hyperparameter optimization module (150) using Randomized Search CV with cross-validation, and a content preference prediction module (160) with feature importance analysis. The framework classifies HCPs into content preference categories including clinical studies, disease awareness, efficacy, and patient profiles, achieving 93.15 percent accuracy. Feature importance analysis confirms behavioural engagement metrics as primary predictors over demographic attributes. [
