Abstract: AI-DRIVEN FRAMEWORK FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE DISEASE DETECTION AND ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT An intelligent multi-modal artificial intelligence system and method for agricultural disease detection and adaptive management are disclosed. The system ingests visual crop imagery and localized environmental data. A Progressive Infection Boundary Optimization (PIBO) engine dynamically isolates pathological lesions to extract spatial disease metrics, while a Spatial-Relational Disease Encoding (SRDE) architecture differentiates biotic from abiotic stresses. The system computes an Infection Dispersion and Growth Index (IDGI) indicating physical disease severity. Concurrently, a Contextual Probability Modulation (CPM) module evaluates environmental variables to adjust contextual risk weightings. A Severity-Driven Adaptive Management Engine (SDTS) synthesizes disease severity and risk weightings to generate localized, stage-specific treatment recommendations and precise chemical dosages. The system is configured for offline edge-computing in low-connectivity agricultural environments.
