Abstract: [0028] The present invention relates to an AI-driven emotional intelligence assessment framework for evaluating spoken and written English interactions. The framework receives speech and text inputs and performs preprocessing, speech analysis, linguistic processing, semantic analysis, contextual interpretation, and acoustic- feature extraction. An artificial intelligence assessment engine evaluates emotional awareness, self-regulation, empathy, social awareness, interpersonal communication, and adaptive response characteristics. A multimodal fusion module combines speech-derived and text-derived representations for contextual assessment across interaction sequences. A scoring engine generates dimension-specific emotional-intelligence scores, an overall assessment index, and confidence indicators. A feedback module produces an interpretable report identifying communication strengths, improvement areas, and personalized exercises. The framework enables automated, multimodal, interaction-based emotional-intelligence assessment beyond conventional emotion classification and questionnaire-based evaluation.
