The system utilizes a thermal infrared imaging sensor and a visible spectrum imaging sensor to capture complementary environmental data, which is synchronized and processed to identify temperature anomalies and contextual visual patterns associated with gas leakage. A processing unit performs spatial feature extraction, multimodal data fusion, and temporal sequence analysis to accurately determine the presence of a leak while minimizing false detections. Upon confirmation, a control unit actuates an electromechanical shutoff valve to immediately interrupt gas flow, thereby preventing hazardous conditions. The system further includes a communication unit for transmitting real-time alerts and maintaining event records.
