Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention introduces an intelligent amusement park management ecosystem that integrates Artificial Intelligence (Al), Edge Computing, Internet of Things (loT), and Digital Twin simulation to optimize park operations in real time. The system enables continuous monitoring of visitor movement, ride performance, and environmental conditions using loT sensors and edge devices. Machine learning algorithms analyze real-time data to predict crowd congestion, detect anomalies, and optimize ride utilization. A digital twin model simulates park operations to evaluate multiple scenarios and recommend optimal strategies before real-world implementation. The system also includes autonomous crowd balancing, predictive maintenance, and Al-driven emergency evacuation routing. This invention enhances operational efficiency, improves visitor experience, increases safety, and enables proactive decision-making in modem amusement park environments.
