Abstract: The present invention provides an AI-driven diagnostic platform for early detection and characterization of genetic mutations using CRISPR gene analysis data. The platform receives CRISPR-derived molecular signals, genetic sequence data, assay parameters, and reference genomic information and performs preprocessing and quality assessment to identify reliable analytical information. An artificial intelligence processing module extracts sequence, molecular, and contextual features to identify candidate mutations. A genomic correlation module associates the candidate mutations with genomic regions and reference mutation information, while a classification module determines mutation characteristics and potential significance. A confidence assessment module evaluates reliability using assay quality, signal consistency, model confidence, and reference agreement. An explainable diagnostic module generates an interpretable output comprising mutation information, classification, confidence, and supporting evidence. A feedback mechanism enables controlled refinement of analytical models using validated outcomes.
