The application for the patent was published on August 21, 2026, under issue no. 34/2026.

Abstract: AI-DRIVEN CLINICAL DECISION SUPPORT AND GENOMIC INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM FOR PREDICTION, TREATMENT OPTIMIZATION, SURVEILLANCE MULTIDRUG-RESISTANT TUBERCULOSIS [0065] An integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven clinical intelligence platform for comprehensive management of Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is disclosed. The platform seamlessly integrates patient data acquisition, genomic mutation analysis, AI-based drug resistance prediction, and an Explainable AI (XAI) framework for transparent interpretations. It further provides personalized treatment optimization, blockchain-based report verification for authenticity, and a federated learning architecture for collaborative AI model improvement without sharing raw patient data. An integrated surveillance and outbreak forecasting engine monitors mutation trends and predicts outbreaks. This unified ecosystem enhances diagnostic accuracy, accelerates treatment planning, strengthens healthcare security, and supports proactive public health decision-making for MDR-TB. [FIG. 1]
