Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-Driven Adaptive Gamification System for Real-Time Retail Soft Skills Enhancement The present invention relates to an AI-driven adaptive gamification system (100) for real-time enhancement of retail employee soft skills. The system comprises a user interface device (102), gamification engine (104), retail simulation environment (106), real-time data capture module (108), AI and machine-learning processing module (110), data storage and cloud database (112), predictive skill-gap and adaptive decision engine (114), adaptive intervention module (116), and performance dashboard and reporting module (118). The system captures interaction, response, timing, performance, emotional and engagement data during contextual retail simulations and processes the data to determine behavioural characteristics and predict skill gaps. The predictive engine (114) further includes a counterfactual adaptive intervention selector for evaluating candidate interventions according to predicted competency improvement. The selected intervention dynamically modifies scenarios, difficulty or feedback, while subsequent interaction data updates the predictive model and learning pathway, thereby providing a continuous closed-loop adaptive training architecture.
