Abstract: Abstract The present invention relates to an AI Digital Twin Health Monitoring Wearable (10) configured to continuously monitor the physiological condition of a user through multimodal sensing and artificial intelligence. The wearable device (12) incorporates a plurality of physiological and environmental sensors (14) configured to acquire real-time biometric data, which are processed by an edge processing module (16) and securely transmitted through a wireless communication module (18) to a cloud platform and AI digital twin engine (20). The AI engine continuously generates and updates a personalized digital twin representing the user's dynamic physiological condition by employing machine learning and predictive analytics. The digital twin analyzes physiological trends, detects anomalies, predicts potential health risks, evaluates treatment effectiveness, and generates personalized healthcare recommendations and emergency alerts. Secure communication through a network (22) enables remote access by healthcare providers (24) and users (26). The invention facilitates continuous personalized healthcare, early disease detection, predictive health assessment, remote patient monitoring, and intelligent clinical decision support while ensuring secure and privacy-preserving health data management.
