Abstract: ABSTRACT I Due to the rapid expansion of digital content creation and multilingual communication in India, there is a strong need for advanced AI systems that can generate emotionally accurate and naturalsounding voiceovers. To address this gap, our project presents an AI Content-Emotion-Aware Telugu-English Voice Generation Web Application that produces authentic and synchronized English voiceovers directly from Telugu video sources. The system uses advanced multimodal AI techniques to analyze facial expressions, lip movements, contextual information, and emotional patterns present in the video. Once a video is uploaded, the application automatically detects emotional cues, translates spoken Telugu into fluent English, and generates speech that closely matches the original speaker's tone, mood, and expression. A specialized processing module handles emotion detection, translation, and voice synthesis, while an intuitive web dashboard enables users such as teachers, YouTubers, and filmmakers to preview, edit, and export voiceovers easily. With all processing handled securely within the platfom1, the system ensures high accuracy, efficiency, and reliability, effectively bridging regional language expression with global English communication and revolutionizing multilingual content creation in India.
