Abstract: The present invention of AI-Based Intelligent Railway Track Crack Detection and Monitoring Robot. It is an automated railway track inspection robot that uses Artificial Intelligence(AI), Computer Vision, Robotics GPS, Iota, and many more sensors. The system captures images of railway cracks and structural faults using AI, classifies cracks based on severity, and provides accurate and reliable track inspection. The System uses GPS to track exactly where the defects are located, and it communicates with the Iota to send a message and report to the railway authorities. I’ll also have a predictive maintenance feature that looks at how often you’ve inspected something in the past and tells you when you should inspect it again. I invent something that is smart , automated, and affordable for railway safety, reducing manual labor, railway infrastructure reliability, and railway track predictive maintenance.
