Abstract: 15. ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an AI-Based Zero-Database Secure Examination Question Paper Generation, Controlled Printing and Distribution System with Digital Lock Box, designed to enhance the confidentiality, integrity, and security of examination management for educational institutions, universities, recruitment agencies, certification organizations, and government examination authorities. Unlike conventional examination systems that depend on pre-stored question banks, the invention employs an Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine that dynamically generates examination questions directly from the uploaded syllabus, examination blueprint, learning objectives, and administrator-defined parameters without retrieving questions from a conventional question database, thereby implementing a Zero- Database Question Generation Architecture. The generated examination paper is securely processed through a controlled printing workflow, wherein printing is permitted only after successful authorization, device verification, and security validation. Printed examination papers are automatically transferred into a Digital Lock Box equipped with an embedded controller, electronic locking mechanism, authentication interface, sensors, and secure communication capabilities. The Digital Lock Box securely stores printed examination papers until the authorized examination release time and permits access only after successful authentication. The invention further incorporates secure communication, encryption, audit logging, and authentication mechanisms to protect examination data throughout the examination lifecycle. An integrated Online Examination Module enables secure computer-based examinations through dynamic question generation, candidate authentication, secure examination delivery, answer submission, and activity monitoring. The invention provides a unified, scalable, and secure examination management platform capable of supporting both offline and online examinations while reducing dependence on conventional question banks and improving examination security.
