Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent battery monitoring and adaptive torque–speed control system for an electric two-wheeler. The system employs an ESP32 microcontroller to acquire battery voltage and current in real time and estimate State of Charge (SoC) using enhanced Coulomb counting corrected against Open Circuit Voltage under suitable rest conditions. State of Health (SoH) is estimated using battery capacity fade and internal-resistance growth over repeated cycles. The measured battery current is additionally used for motor torque estimation, while an encoder provides speed feedback to a closed-loop PID controller. A battery-state-aware limiting stage modifies torque and speed demand according to estimated SoC and SoH to reduce excessive battery demand. An LCD provides real-time speed, torque, SoC, and SoH information, while operating data can be logged and remotely monitored. A fuzzy-logic limiting layer provides adaptive control, and a software digital twin enables pre-deployment validation of the battery–motor–controller pipeline for electric two-wheeler applications.
