An Adaptive Feature Integration Bus (600) integrates structured and NLP- derived features into a unified dataset processed by a Multi-Model Predictive Analytics Engine (400) employing Logistic Regression (410), Random Forest (420), and K-Nearest Neighbours (430) algorithms. A Real-Time Prediction Output Module (700) generates cardiovascular risk scores, while an Explainable Visualization and Decision Support Layer (500) provides interpretable analytical outputs through a Web-Based Interactive User Interface (800).
