Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for integrated human-resource management and workforce optimization are disclosed. A data-ingestion module receives candidate and employee data and a document-verification module validates it. A natural-language-processing engine extracts attributes and generates semantic embeddings, which a vector-database engine stores and searches by similarity. A predictive-analytics engine computes workforce-suitability and attrition-risk indicators and forecasts workforce requirements, and a human-resource-automation engine outputs a workforce-optimization decision including internal-mobility or reassignment recommendations determined by the similarity search, while a compliance engine evaluates compliance and a decision-support interface presents the indicators and decision. The interconnected modules use the same semantic representation for both recruitment and post-recruitment management, and a continuous-learning feedback loop retrains the system from workforce outcomes. A system, method and computer-readable medium are provided.
