Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based disease prediction and symptom triage system incorporating a doctor-in-the-loop feedback architecture. The system utilizes Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to receive and analyze patient-reported symptoms and convert the symptoms into structured feature vectors. A machine learning prediction engine, preferably based on a Random Forest model, processes the feature vectors to generate disease predictions and diagnostic recommendations. The predicted outcomes are subsequently reviewed and validated by healthcare professionals, whose corrections, confirmations, and clinical observations are captured through a feedback mechanism. The collected expert feedback is stored and periodically utilized for retraining and updating the predictive model, thereby enabling continuous learning and adaptive improvement. The invention enhances diagnostic accuracy, reliability, and consistency while reducing prediction errors associated with static AI systems. The proposed system provides a dynamic and clinically supervised healthcare decision-support platform suitable for hospitals, clinics, and telemedicine environments.
