Abstract: AI-Based Social Behavior Prediction in Online Communities Using Network Analysis is the proposed invention. The present invention relates to an AI based system and method for prediction of social behaviour in online communities using Graph Neural Networks in combination with dynamic network analysis. The invention constructs evolving social graphs from user interactions and applies graph-based deep learning to capture structural relationships, community dynamics and influence propagation. The framework enhances user embeddings real-time with new interactions for predicting engagement levels, content sharing behaviour, community participation, influence growth and behavioural trends. An explainability module provides interpretable insights into the network features driving predictions, and an analytics engine identifies influential users, nascent communities, abnormal shifts in behaviour and engagement risks. Compared with the existing behaviour prediction systems, the proposed invention has the advantages of better prediction accuracy, better scalability, better adaptability and better transparency. The invention can be applied to social media platforms, digital marketing, cybersecurity, online education, collaborative communities and public policy analytics.
