Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-BASED SMART THERMOELECTRIC COLD STORAGE SYSTEM This invention presents an advanced spoilage prediction and control system for perishable goods, utilizing a multifaceted approach to maintain optimal storage conditions. The system leverages a Spoilage-Risk Vector (CT-SRV) (350/400) that integrates data from chemical, optical, and thermal-humidity sensors to predict food spoilage risks. An AI processing unit (130) employs dual-mode thermoelectric cooling unit (140) and a tri-vent airflow system (150/600) to dynamically adjust temperature and humidity across three dedicated zones for non-vegetarian items, fruits, and vegetables. Each zone is equipped with bespoke environmental controls, including humidity conditioning and ethylene suppression mechanisms, to minimize spoilage and cross-contamination. Advanced algorithms govern cooling operations based on the Energy-Risk Optimization Index (EROI) (500), balancing urgency and energy efficiency. This system enhances food preservation while promoting sustainability through intelligent energy management. Fig 13
