MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641097840 A) filed by Dr. Vanitha B on August 13, 2026, for Ai-Based Real-Time Fraud Prevention And Adaptive Transaction Security System.
Inventor includes Dr. Vanitha B.
The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based real-time fraud detection, transaction risk assessment and dynamic security intervention system for digital financial transactions. The system receives a financial transaction request and analyses transaction information together with user behavioral patterns, device characteristics, geographic information, transaction velocity, beneficiary risk, authentication behavior and transaction-network relationships. One or more artificial intelligence models generate a transaction-specific real-time fraud-risk score. Based upon the calculated risk, a dynamic security intervention engine automatically selects an action comprising transaction authorization, additional authentication, enhanced verification, temporary transaction hold or transaction blocking. A graph- analysis engine may identify connected suspicious accounts, shared devices, high-risk beneficiaries and mule-account networks. A sequential risk-memory module may accumulate risk from preceding events including new-device access, failed authentication and beneficiary addition. Confirmed genuine or fraudulent outcomes are supplied to an adaptive feedback engine for updating subsequent fraud-risk determinations. The invention thereby provides adaptive pre-settlement fraud prevention while reducing false-positive transaction rejection.
