The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT The invention titled "AI-Based Predictive Maintenance System Using Sensor Data from Motors with Arduino" presents an intelligent monitoring and fault prediction system designed to enhance the reliability and efficiency of electric motors used in industrial and mechanical applications. The system continuously observes critical operating parameters of a motor, such as vibration and temperature, using dedicated sensors connected to a microcontroller-based data acquisition unit. The collected real-time data is processed and analyzed using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to identify patterns associated with normal and abnormal motor behavior. By learning from these patterns, the system can predict potential faults or performance degradation before actual failure occurs, enabling timely preventive maintenance. The system also incorporates a local alert mechanism, including visual and audio indicators, to notify users when abnormal conditions or predicted risks are detected.
