Abstract: The present invention provides an Artificial Intelligence Based Organizational Decision Confidence Analyzer (AIDCA) which assesses the confidence and reliability of the Managerial and Organizational Decision before it is implemented and the Implementation Readiness of the Decision. The proposed invention is a Decision Confidence Index (DCI) for measuring the reliability of decision-making processes, as opposed to the conventional decision support systems that focus exclusively on either predictive results or business analytics; the proposed invention is capable of quantifying the trustworthiness of strategic decisions by strategically combining data quality analysis, uncertainty prediction, stakeholder consensus, organizational readiness, historical decision intelligence, cognitive bias detection and business risk evaluation. The invention utilizes Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), machine learning algorithms, fuzzy logic and probabilistic reasoning to detect the lurking uncertainties and suggest optimized alternative strategies. To simulate a variety of implementation scenarios and forecast organizational reactions prior to actual implementation, a Digital Decision Twin is created. This system constantly adapts and improves based on past organizational decisions to make better estimates of confidence in the future. Executives, managers, educational institutions, government agencies, healthcare organizations, financial institutions and corporate enterprises gain a visual confidence dashboard, implementation readiness indicators and AI-powered recommendations. The invention has the ability to reduce •strategic failures, provide increased transparency, accountability of decision making and higher organization success rate by integration of predictive intelligence and explainable confidence analytics.
